Our Academy players are selected after a 3 stage process including attendance at a presentation evening outlining our coaching syllabus, followed by a trial and personal interview.

All players who are given a place in our Academy receive 100 hours coaching over an 11 month period from a coaching syllabus designed and delivered by professional academy coaches.
